Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unopened, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food or plants), custom products (like personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions regarding the return ability of specific items.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the desired item, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item of your choice.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. In this case, the item must still be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
